Terms of Service

GENERAL:
I have the right to reject / discontinue any order for any reason. If the payment has been given before I decided to discontinue the commission, a refund will be provided.PAYMENT:
- Payment options: PAYPAL
- Payment can either be in Full or 50/50
- Full payment: Client will provide 100% payment after sketch approval.
- 50/50: Client will provide 50% payment after sketch approval and 50% once work is nearing completion to ensure quality.SLOTS.
- Slots will be counted as 1 per client
- Each client has a maximum of 2 orders.
- If client has more than 2 orders, I will have to decline the excess and client will have to wait for next commission opening (slot is not guaranteed).PROCESS:
Generally, it would take me 2 - 3 weeks (or more) to make the artwork depending on factors such as Health, other works, and studies. (I will be sure to inform you when I begin and during the making of your commission.I would from time to time DM you regarding the progress and ask you for your comments and some revisions you would prefer.Once the piece is finished you will receive the full resolution image, in PSD, JPG, and PNG.STREAMING:
I have all rights to stream while working on the commission unless discussed otherwise.I will be sure to confirm this with you through DMsREVISIONS:
Normally I am okay with revisions however, if you wish for a full revision once the artwork is nearing completion (50% of the work has been finished), I will charge depending on how much revisions will be made.COPYRIGHT:
I the ARTIST:
- I retain all copyrights over the commissioned artwork.
- I will NOT claim the Intellectual Property unless I was personally asked by you to do a redesign of your character.
- I will NOT profit any further from the commissioned artwork unless YOU break any of the terms stated in this TOS.
- I reserve the right to post the artwork online, in my social media accounts , and in my portfolio unless discussed otherwise.You the CUSTOMER:
- You may upload the artwork on any website or social media
- You may NOT make profit from the commissioned artwork (Reselling, redistributing, make prints etc.)
- You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my permission.
- You retain rights to the Intellectual Property unless you have asked me to do a redesign / take on your character.The following is considered copyright infringement:
- Reproducing the artwork
- Claiming the artwork as your own
- Altering the artwork without my consent / permission:REFUNDS::
The buyer is not allowed a refund unless I had to cancel the order for personal reasons.
"A similar art have been found" is not a valid reason for refund.
- A full refund is only available if I have not started working on the drawing.
- If I have started the drawing, I will subtract a % of the work done to the refund.
- If you want to use a commission for commercial use you will have to pay a fee to have my permission to use the commission in question.
